Friday Music and Exhaustion

How does a four day week end up feeling so long? All we know for sure is that it’s over. Here’s to another week of banging our collective heads against our respective walls, whether they are real or only psychological.

On Memorial Day I persuaded my wife to come out to an afternoon show held at a nearby bar, which was a minor miracle. But she went to high school in Texas and it was advertised as a “shit kickin‘ hootenanny,” so I guess that explains her interest. We saw the band Four Year Bender and were pleased.
